The Tech Solutions Engineer Intern role aims to support the Tech Sales Representatives by assisting the TSE team with technical solutions, contributing to lead generation, and improving team operations.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by identifying value opportunities and researching customer industries
• Prepare weekly action reports and support business operations with reporting activities
• Document meeting minutes, assist in customer follow-ups, and maintain team progress
• Arrange and participate in customer meetings alongside account managers
• Update dashboards for forecasts, organize meetings, and record meeting minutes
• Complete Oracle certifications and implement or maintain APEX projects

Qualifications

• Minimum BCom IT / BSc IT / BSc Informatics
• Desirable: BSc IT (Hons)
• 0-2+ years of experience
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly
• Strong numerical reasoning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in presentations
• Teamwork and independent work capabilities
• Technical inclination with a strong desire to learn
• Effective time management and business acumen
• Proficiency in Excel (advantageous)
• Professional demeanor and strong administrative skills
